Custom Bath & Laundry Metal Accessories: How a Manufacturing Project Review Works

JALIN is an OEM/ODM metal parts manufacturer in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. This page is a project-review checklist for bathroom accessories manufacturers and buyers—not a product catalog. Use it to organize drawings, materials, forming routes, finishes and acceptance points before you request a quote. See capability examples on the bath & laundry reference gallery.

What does JALIN need before it can quote a bath or laundry accessory?

A useful engineering review starts with a drawing or sample, the preferred material, the finish target and an approximate quantity band (reviewed per project—no fixed minimum is published on this page). Typical product types include shower caddies, bathtub caddies, bathroom holders and laundry hamper stands, including mixed-material assemblies.

Attach your drawing or sample photos when you request a quote.

Wire, tube or sheet: which forming route fits the design?

Manufacturing routes combine wire forming and welding, tube bending, sheet-metal stamping and welding according to the design. Wire baskets and frames typically move from forming to welded assembly; tube and sheet parts follow their own forming and joining steps.

Published equipment capacity used on these routes includes 15 CNC wire machines, 5 CNC tube benders, 379 stamping machines and 3 lasers. Tell us whether the part is primarily wire, tube, sheet or a mix so engineering can propose a route. See also custom wire forming and tube fabrication.

Wire forming and welded wire assemblies

Wire-based accessories usually start with CNC wire forming, then welded joints where members meet. Geometry, wire diameter and joint pattern drive fixture and welding choices.

Tube bending for frames, poles and rails

Tube parts—poles, rails and frames—use tube bending and joining reviewed against the drawing. Capacity includes 5 CNC tube benders; the exact bend and join method is settled in the project review.

Sheet-metal stamping and mixed-material joins

Cold-rolled sheet and mixed wire–tube–sheet assemblies use stamping and welding as the design requires. Shared interfaces (tabs, rivets, welds) should be visible on the drawing or sample.

Materials for wet-area accessories

Materials shown on bath and laundry references include steel wire, steel tube, cold-rolled steel sheet (SPCC) and SUS304 stainless steel. Materials and geometry are reviewed against each customer drawing or sample rather than treated as one plant-wide specification.

Note preferred grade (for example SPCC vs SUS304) and wet-area use in your RFQ. Grade comparisons beyond published references are not expanded on this page.

Surface finishing options for bath and laundry metal parts

Available finishing processes include e-coating (electrocoating), electrostatic powder coating, decorative copper–nickel–chrome plating, and electropolishing and passivation for stainless steel. The finishing route is reviewed per project and is not the same for every material or assembly.

List the finish target (for example powder-coat color, chrome look, or stainless electropolish) when you write. Process detail: surface finishing processes.

Inspection and acceptance

Test methods and acceptance criteria are agreed per product and customer program. The factory’s quality system includes salt spray testing among other checks; specific hours and standards are confirmed when a program needs them. JALIN holds ISO 9001:2015 certification; published certificate scope includes bath-related wire baskets and racks. Overview: quality control.

Share any customer inspection checklist with the quote request.

This guide explains how a manufacturing project is reviewed before RFQ. The bath & laundry page is the reference gallery—tumblers, holders, shower caddies, bathtub caddies, laundry hamper stands and related accessories. Use both: browse capability examples, then send a drawing or sample for review.
