Information in your inquiry
- Name, email address, message and your consent to this policy.
- Optional company, country or region, phone or WhatsApp number, quantity, product category and product model.
- Drawings, images or other files you choose to attach.
- The source page URL, reference code and inquiry entry point.
How your inquiry is handled
The information you submit through the inquiry form, including your name, email, company, country, phone number, requirements and uploaded files, is sent to this website’s server and emailed to the JALIN sales team at sales@jalinmetal.com, to reply to your inquiry and follow up on quotations.
Records and use
Inquiry records are stored on our server and used only to handle inquiries and business correspondence. We do not sell this information to third parties.
Optional website analytics
When Google Analytics is configured, we ask for your permission before using it to measure pages viewed, visible time on a page, scrolling, product-reference views, contact-link clicks and inquiry-form progress. Form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers and uploaded files are not included in these behavior events. Campaign labels and the referring website origin may be included; full referring URLs and raw advertising click identifiers are not included in our custom events.
You can decline or withdraw website analytics using the “Analytics settings” control. This stops future analytics events; it does not remove records already received by Google. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for this optional analytics feature. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; the optional analytics cookies use a 60-day expiry. New Google Ads inquiry attribution requires an explicit opt-in to the updated measurement notice; an earlier analytics-only opt-in does not enable it.
Reviewed inquiry attribution for Google Ads
If you allow the optional visit and advertising measurement, we keep one Google advertising click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) in this browser for up to 30 days. It is used only to connect the inquiry you send to the advertising click and report the inquiry after a person has reviewed it as qualified. The report uses the click identifier, conversion time and a unique inquiry reference; it does not include your form message, name, email address, telephone number or attachment contents. Advertising click identifiers are not included in our custom behavior events. Declining or withdrawing permission clears this local click record and prevents its use for later inquiries. For previously submitted inquiries, this browser also requests cancellation of any pending Google Ads report using a private inquiry token; if offline, it keeps the cancellation pending and retries when you return or reconnect. Our server checks the current consent status before a qualified inquiry is uploaded. A withdrawal does not remove a conversion already received by Google; contact sales@jalinmetal.com if you need help with a previously reported inquiry. Test inquiries are excluded from production advertising conversions.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use the Google tag for Google Ads to measure visits from advertising. Google may receive information such as the page visited, ad-click identifiers and device or browser information, and may use cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
