JALIN is a wire form manufacturer in Zhongshan, China, and provides 2D and 3D wire forming services. We form low-carbon steel round wire from Ø1.5 to 12.7 mm, then weld, finish, inspect and pack the parts in the same factory. Most of our wire parts go into chair frames and home products for overseas brands and importers.

The Ø1.5–12.7 mm production range applies to low-carbon steel wire. Stainless steel dimensions and other project requirements are reviewed before quoting. Machine limits do not mean every size is in regular production.
03 / CONNECTED OPERATIONS
Formed wire parts continue through in-house punching and forming, welded assembly, weld cleaning, finishing, inspection and packing.
Operators remove weld slag and grind burrs after welding. The project’s material, part geometry and finish determine its manufacturing route.
04 / WELDED ASSEMBLIES
JALIN uses Panasonic gas-shielded MIG/MAG welding robots and laser welding. Operators load parts into welding fixtures.
05 / SURFACE FINISHING
Wire chair parts receive surface finishing. The finishing route is reviewed per project.

06 / QUALITY CHECKS
Formed parts are checked against dedicated shape gauges. If a part does not fit its gauge, the machine is stopped for adjustment until parts pass again.
QC records cover dimensions, assembly and appearance. Dedicated shape gauges support checks of the formed wire geometry.
QC records also cover coating or plating thickness, salt spray, adhesion and hardness tests. Test methods and acceptance criteria are agreed for each product and customer program.
07 / PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Send the drawing or reference sample, material, wire diameter, finish, quantity and target cost so the project can be reviewed.
Manufacturing requirements reviewed per project
Sizes and materials outside the listed production scope need evaluation and sampling before quoting.
Each product has a packing specification. Most chair products are wrapped in pearl cotton (EPE foam) and shipped on stacked steel racks.
