JALIN is an OEM metal manufacturing partner in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. In-house forming, welding and finishing connect with quality control across 13 checkpoints, inspection and packing. The factory holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Material, tooling and finish requirements are reviewed for each manufacturing program.

Automation
Built to repeat. Ready to scale.
Our workshop integrates robotic handling with dedicated equipment for tube processing, component stamping, welding and polishing. Tube stock is automatically cut and bent before entering an automated production line, where robotic systems perform stamping, welding, punching and forming operations. Welding capabilities include automated laser welding and automated CO₂ welding. During pre-finishing, automatic polishing equipment is used for bright polishing and satin polishing of drawn components, as well as deburring wire parts. Dedicated tooling and fixturing connect each production stage, while operators supervise equipment and manage line operations.

In-House Finishing

JALIN offers e-coating, electrostatic powder coating, metal polishing, waterborne coating, stainless steel electropolishing and passivation, and mirror polishing. The finishing route is reviewed per project.

Our sample room brings together different metal forms, finishes and product families, reflecting work beyond a fixed list of SKUs. We support product and sample development, custom hardware and repeat programs. Quality Control
Measured. Examined. Tested.
Quality control goes beyond final visual inspection. Our equipment supports checks on coating thickness, surface gloss, color difference, product details, functional cycling, temperature and humidity, corrosion resistance, structural loading and tensile performance. Test methods and acceptance criteria are agreed for each product and customer program.
Incoming material is checked for composition, tensile strength and hardness; in-process sampling covers dimensions, welds and finish; finished goods are checked for appearance, dimensions and corrosion resistance.
