Component Overview
JALIN mainly supplies chair-frame components made from steel tube and steel wire; only a small number of wire chair designs are made as complete chairs.

CUSTOMER PROJECT
Customer drawings and samples connect to engineering review, manufacturing, finishing, inspection and packing.

01 / OEM PROCESS
Engineering review connects customer requirements with tooling, manufacturing, finishing, inspection and packing.
02 / FEATURED MANUFACTURING FAMILY
JALIN mainly supplies steel tube and steel wire chair-frame components. The manufacturing route and finish are reviewed for the specific component and customer requirements.
JALIN mainly supplies chair-frame components made from steel tube and steel wire; only a small number of wire chair designs are made as complete chairs.

Chair-frame components start from steel tube or steel wire, cut to length and prepared for forming.

Tubes are bent and formed to the drawing, with robotic handling at the press for hole-making.

Operators load parts into welding fixtures for robotic welding. Weld cleaning and deburring follow.

Wire and tube chair parts receive surface finishing. The finishing route is reviewed per project.

Formed wire parts are checked against dedicated shape gauges. A failed fit stops the machine for adjustment until parts pass again.

Each product has a packing specification. Most chair products are wrapped in EPE foam and shipped on stacked steel racks.
